Returns/Exchanges


At Fab Doll Boutique we strive to meet your needs and make your shopping experience a pleasant one. We offer exchange only and Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. (Count 5 days from the delivery date as stated on your usps tracking number) 


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. ((It cannot be washed)) It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.(order # or invoice)

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will ship a different size if available. (Exchange policy is void after 3 months)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Fabdollboutique@yahoo.com and we will provide you with our shipping address.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
